Our experienced design team will help you put together an exciting new design whether your house is new or existing. Together with you, we will incorporate everything you desire in your landscape, for present or future projects. We will start with a free consultation to get to know you and your family and find out your desires. At that point, if a plan (blueprint) is desired there will be a fee assessed. The fee is at the designer's discretion, typically between $300 and $700 for a finished product. From there, Great Northern Landscapes will credit back plan fees at a rate of 10% per dollar spent with Great Northern Landscapes for your project. If consulting is your only need, our designer will meet with your for $60 per hour.
